Boil water notice in Thurso due to technical defect
A precautionary boil water notice was issued in the town of Thurso on Wednesday morning after the water quality monitoring instruments at the waterworks failed. Residents must boil their drinking water for at least one minute at a rolling boil before using it for drinking or food preparation. Repair work is expected to take several days.
Boil water advisory in Saint Lambert
The city of Saint-Lambert has issued a boil water advisory for several streets. Residents on Rue Osborne, Avenue Cleghorn, and Avenue de Bétournay are affected. Water must be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute before consumption.
